Description
An aged Geotricium rinded goats cheese log (300g appprox). It is made from single estate pasteurised goats’ milk. It has a creamy mouthfeel and will leave you in no doubt that it was made from goats milk. At it best after about 4 weeks. All hand made in the small batches using traditional lactic methods.
