Located just outside the small town of Dunmore in North County Galway, we have been producing our range of multi award winning goat and cow milk Cheeses since 2013.
Our cheese and making starts early each morning, using the fresh milk collected earlier from our two milk suppliers, one for goat milk and one for cow milk.
Our customer base is broad and diverse, from some of Irelands top 5-star hotels, Michelin Star restaurants, Fine Food Emporiums to local Cafes and shops. We offer a range of multi award-winning hand-crafted artisan goat and cow milk cheeses both fresh and aged.
All our products are pasteurised, and we use both vegetarian and traditional rennet in all our cheeses.
