An opportunity for you to relax and enjoy a cheese board made up of our very own award winning cheeses, you are free to bring you own wine or beer to accompany the individual cheese board you will receive.

The cheeses will include a selection of our own cheeses produced on site and we will also feature a surprise guests Irish cheeses at each session, all individual cheese boards will be accompanied by some pickle and crackers.

Our Head Cheese maker, Larry, will tell you all about “Galway Cheese”, how it came about and how we came to where we are today. He will introduce you to each of the cheeses you will taste and will also describe how each one is made and aged. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the experience.

The “Cheese & Chats” events are held in the “Cheese Shed” adjacent to where we make the cheese, there is a viewing area into the cheese make room, where you can see some of the equipment which we use to make the cheese.

Numbers are limited to a total of twenty (20) persons, Strictly over 18’s. The event is of two (2) hours duration approximately.
