Have you wondered how cheese is made?
Spend a full day learning to make a Semi Soft or Tomme style cheese in a fully equiped and operational cheese room.
The day starts at 09.30 with Coffee/Tea and home made scones on arrival. Cheese making starts at 10.00 and will finish at 16.00 (approx)
Break around 13.00 for light lunch. You will have a hands on experience up close and personal with the cheese. Plenty of time for questions and discussions, more fun than science.
We will mature the cheese you make and send you on a full wheel of your cheese to enjoy with family and friends, when it has fully matured.
