Ordering & Payment Information
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- You can use Stripe or Paypal to make payments in our online shop.
- Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
- You do not need to have a Paypal or Stripe account in order to pay – you can still use a credit card as normal – once you click through the Paypal or Stripe link, the choice is yours
- All our prices are in Euro, and that is what should be debited from in your transaction. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card, the relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by us.
- You can contact us through the contact form if you are having difficulties with your payment.
- Our online cheese shop currently closed and when open only serves Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- We regret we must pass on the postal cost at €10.00 (plus VAT) per box dispatched.
ORDERING INFORMATION
When to order
- We dispatch from here only once per week at the moment on a Thursday for delivery the following day, Friday.
- You can order any time on-line up to midnight on Sundays, for delivery the following Friday.
- We make our cheese every week starting on Monday morning. but some of our aged cheeses sell out quite quickly, so sometimes we may not have stock ready to go.
- If we cannot fill your order we will let you know when we can fulfil it.
Collect yourself from Cheese Room Door
- If you want to collect your order directly from us, we are very happy to leave your order out (in chilled containers) for you to collect from the Cheese room door on the day and time of your choice, just pay on line and contact us directly to arrange day and time.
